Tale As Old As Time🌹

“All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them. If you can dream it, you can do it. It’s kind of fun to do the impossible.      -Walt Disney”

I don’t know about you, but Disney is just the most magical place on earth to me. For a day, or seven, you can pretend that the struggles of this life are not present through the magical world of Disney. The best part about it you might ask? The fact that it was intended for people of all ages. I will legitimately never be too old for a trip to Disney World. In fact, I could get a job at Disney tomorrow and be completely content with my life. (As long as there is air conditioning.) All jokes aside, I just have the best day ever in the parks. Magic Kingdom is my personal favorite. To me, it has all of the classics. (Cinderella, The Little Mermaid, Pinocchio, Peter Pan, Winnie the Pooh, etc. etc.) There are definitely more rides in Magic Kingdom than any other park. Also, the atmosphere is just what I love most. Anybody know of that warm toasty feeling you get inside when you’re soooooo happy? Yea, that’s the one! Go to the Magic Kingdom if you wanna feel all the feels. (When, and if the times comes I want to be proposed to in this park.. Because who doesn’t want their fairytale ending at the most magical place on earth? The answer is no one. Duh!)

But– on the real, if you’re attending the magic kingdom I have a few (not many) but a few little tips and tricks for your trip. First of all, the best advice I can give you for a discounted Disney trip is to move to Florida. Just do it! Florida residents get all the benefits when it comes to Disney. Their annual passes are cheaper.. and they receive a 20% discount at all of the parks stores and restaurants. If you’re thinking of moving on a whim, and you’re a Disney lover like myself Florida would be the best bet for you! (el-oh-el) If not, I don’t really have much advice for a cheaper Disney trip. Everything there is pretty expensive. However, the best thing to do is to be prepared and plan months in advance. If you know up front you’re going to be spending a lot of money on food.. it won’t be quite so difficult to grasp when you have to do so.

Upon entering the park, arriving at Main Street U.S.A. I suggest grabbing your very own pair of Mickey and/or Minnie ears for your magical day. I had a change of ears in the pictures below. Both are adorable. The silver are definitely more versatile for an outfit, but who doesn’t love the classic red and black signature colors? You do you! The shops on Main Street are SO much fun! I also have an Alex and Ani Disney collection of bangles that I have accumulated within my trips to Disney and/or Disney Springs (what used to be Downtown Disney.) I love them, and wear them on the daily. It shows I’m a Disney lover, even from six states away. I always receive complements on them! Also, there is a Starbucks on Main Street if you’ve woken up extremely early to get to the park when it opens.. and you need a little pick-me-up. (Because I’m only a morning person on December 25th, and the days I go to Disney. Anyone else?)

Above I mentioned that the food is pretty expensive no matter where you eat inside the parks. So, if you’re going to be spending a great deal on food anyway you might as well get an experience with it, right? I would suggest making reservations at the ‘Be Our Guest’ restaurant. They have three different rooms that you can eat in. The West Wing (where The Beast is, The Main Dining Hall, and Belle’s Library.) All are equally as adorable as they are in the movie, because Disney doesn’t do anything halfway. The prices aren’t much more expensive than eating at any other walk-in restaurant. So you might as well get the experience too. I’ve also heard that the “gray stuff” is pretty delicious in the restaurant. Apparently Belle eats it during the movie. So, they’ve added something similar to the menu. How adorable? Pictured below is a Beauty and the Beast themed cupcake that I had on my most recent trip to Disney.. and let me tell you it was phenomenal. So cute, and so so delicious. I purchased it at the circus tent located near Goofy’s Rollercoaster. You’ll be able to smell the kettle corn from a mile away. Not only do they give you the most magical experience, but they make the most delicious desserts too. I think I’ll just stay there forever.

I was fortunate enough that my day in the park was one of the cooler days that Florida sees all year. I got to rock my Beauty and The Beast sweatshirt in honor of the new movie. If you don’t know by now I’ll just go ahead and tell you that I’m a festive kinda girl. Festive in anything and everything that I do. Especially when it comes to anything Disney, or my holiday decorations.. But don’t even get me started on those!

In the pictures below, me and my lovely cousins took pictures in front of “the purple wall.” We wanted to see what the hype was all about because apparently you can take pictures in front of this wall at any point during the day, and they always turn out great. We got some pretty great pictures here too. I recommend hitting it up on your next trip. 💯 for that insta post. It’s located near the Monsters Laugh Floor. Your insta friends will be loving your bomb photos from this fabulous spot.

Lastly, you want the boldest, most bombshell, Minnie Mouse looking lipstick you can find? Try my favorite.. Stila lip stain in the color Beso. This will definitely stand out in pictures. It’s one of my favorites, but really what lipstick isn’t? I love them all. Links Below. XOXO
